Valdes v. Crosby, 05-13065

Denial of summary judgment to defendant, in case alleging that prison guards beat plaintiff to death and that defendant former warden knew of the general propensity for violence of certain guards against inmates, is affirmed where plaintiff has sufficiently stated a claim that guards violated his constitutional rights and that there was a history of widespread abuse by guards.
