Injunction, ordering defendant satellite carrier to determine whether it was retransmitting plaintiff networks' programs to subscribers at households unable to receive network programming through conventional rooftop antennas, is reversed as to two of defendant's vendors, but is otherwise affirmed to the extent defendant engaged in a "willful or repeated" violation of the Satellite Home Viewer Improvement Act.
