US v. Segura-Baltazar, 05-12705
Conviction and ensuing 180-month sentence for possession with intent to distribute cocaine and methamphetamine and for possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime is affirmed over claim that the district court erred in failing to suppress certain evidence seized from defendant's home and in finding evidence of at least 500 grams of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine.
