Reyes v. Maschmeier, 05-12720

Denial of claim under 42 U.S.C. section 1983, alleging unconstitutional seizure when defendant, plaintiff's supervisor, struck and berated her in an open door meeting, and the force used was not unreasonable, is affirmed on the ground that there was never a seizure within the constitutional meaning.
