Pozzi Window Co. v. Auto-Owners Ins., 05-10559

In case involving insurance coverage dispute regarding costs of repair or replacement, the following question is certified to the Florida Supreme Court: Does a standard form comprehensive general liability policy with product completed operations hazard Coverage, issued to a general contractor, cover the general contractor's liability to a third party for the costs of repair or replacement of defective work by its subcontractor? In cross-appeal, judgment in favor of defendant insurer on bad faith and punitive damages issues is affirmed.
