Dismissal of suit for failure to exhaust IDEA's administrative remedies on retaliation claims, and affirmance of ALJ's order requiring plaintiffs to consent to reevaluation of child by defendant school district, are affirmed over claims that the retalitaion claims are not subject to the exhaustion requirement, and that reevaluation by an expert of defendant's choice was ordered in error.
