Serra Chevrolet, Inc. v. General Motors Corp., 05-13401

Finding that defendant disobeyed an order to produce documents relating to vehicle allocation and satellite dealerships is affirmed, however the district court violated defendant's due process rights by failing to provide a rational basis for imposing sanctions and striking affirmative defenses of res judicata and issue preculsion.
