US v. Harris, 05-10160

Conviction based on guilty plea to possession with intent to distribute at least five or more grams of cocaine base is affirmed over claims defendant did not waive his right to a presentence investigation report ("PSI"), and that a subsequently created PSI incorrectly calculated his criminal history by holding him responsible for criminal offenses which he did not commit.
