United States Eleventh Circuit

US v. Eldick, 05-13006

Imposition of 180-month total sentence upon guilty plea to healthcare fraud and distributing hydrocodone is affirmed over claims that the district court failed to impose a sentence within the guidelines range based upon language in the plea agreement, and that consecutive statutory sentences on each count were unreasonable in light of US v. Booker, 543 U.S. 220 (2005).
