US v. Perez, 05-12404

Conviction for multiple counts of bringing illegal aliens to the U.S., in violation of 8 U.S.C. section 1324(a)(2)(B)(iii), is affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) denial of motion to suppress evidence; 2) admission of prior alien smuggling convictions; and 3) denial of motion for judgment of acquittal.
