Williams v. Bd. of Regents of the Univ. Sys. of Georgia, 04-13800

Dismissal of student-plaintiff's Title IX claim based on student-on-student sexual harassment against a university, its board of regents, and its athletic association, is reversed as to dismissal of the claims against the university and athletic association where plaintiff's complaint sufficiently alleged the elements of a Title IX claim.
