Summary judgment for defendants on claims that defendant violated its contractual obligations as a charitable organization under federal law by charging uninsured patients more for health care than insured patients, and a claim under the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act (EMTALA) is affirmed where the district court did not err in holding the majority of plaintiffs' claims were barred by res judicata, nor in dismissing the EMTALA claim.
