United States Eleventh Circuit

B.L. Harbert Int'l, LLC v. Hercules Steel Co., 05-11153

An order granting a motion to confirm an arbitration award in a dispute between a contractor and subcontractor involving a steel fabrication and erection subcontract is affirmed where there was no evidence that the arbitrator manifestly disregarded the law. The court warns that sanctions may be a consequence of similar future litigation by an arbitration "poor loser."
