Schwier v. Cox, 05-11428
A judgment that: (1) Georgia violated the Privacy Act when it required plaintiffs to disclose their social security numbers (SSNs) on their voter registration forms; (2) Georgia must revise its voter registration forms and instructions; and (3) Georgia cannot mandate disclosure of SSNs under the Voting Rights Act, is affirmed for the reasons stated in the district court-s memorandum opinion.
