Wingard v. Emerald Venture Florida, LLC, 05-10473

Summary judgment for defendants finding that plaintiffs were collaterally estopped from raising their claims by previous litigation over the scope of an easement is reversed in part as to a determination that plaintiffs were estopped from arguing that an easement limited the number of lots into which a parcel could be divided.
