US v. Schier, 05-11838

Convictions for knowing possession of a concealed dangerous weapon on an airplane and knowingly entering an aircraft with a concealed weapon contrary to security requirements are affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) the Speedy Trial Act; 2) sufficiency of the evidence; and 3) the disclosure obligations under the Jencks Act.
