United States Eleventh Circuit

Campbell v. Rainbow City, 04-11409

Denial of municipal defendant's motion for judgment as a matter of law in a civil rights suit involving property development is reversed where plaintiffs did not proffer sufficient evidence for a reasonable jury to find that defendant's final policymaker acted in violation of plaintiffs' First Amendment rights, or that plaintiffs' Equal Protection rights were violated.
