Defendants' convictions and sentences for conspiracy and other crimes relating to a scheme to defraud the Medicare program are affirmed over their claims of error as to all but one defendant whose conviction and sentence is vacated pursuant to an erroneous failure to instruct the jury on a withdrawal defense.
