Where Plaintiff seeks to compel disclosure of a confidential source that formed the basis of an article about Plaintiff in "Sports Illustrated magazine, the magazine is not a newspaper for purposes of Alabama-s shield law, and the order compelling disclosure is vacated. In addition, Plaintiff has not yet exhausted all reasonable efforts to discover through other means the identity of the confidential source.
