WESTPORT INS. CORP. v. TUSKEGEE NEWSPAPERS, INC., 03-15125

In an insurance coverage dispute, summary judgment in favor of plaintiff-insurance company is reversed where the language of the insurance policy can be reasonably interpreted to provide coverage in this case and, under Alabama law, ambiguities in insurance policies must be construed in favor of the insured.
