US v. HORNADAY, 03-13992

Defendant's conviction for knowingly attempting to persuade, induce, entice, or coerce a minor to engage in unlawful sexual activity is affirmed where there was abundant evidence that defendant used the internet in an attempt to arrange the sexual abuse of children.
