MCDOWELL v. BROWN, 04-10272

Summary judgment against plaintiff-inmate's claim, alleging delayed treatment of his illness while detained, is affirmed where plaintiff cannot establish that defendant's policies caused or contributed to his injury, and the exclusion of all of plaintiff's expert witnesses was not error.
