CHEPSTOW LIMITED v. HUNT, 03-14051

Under Georgia law, the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act (UFTA) did not retroactively repeal Ga. Code Ann. section 18-2-22, nor otherwise affect any claims based upon that statutory provision, as long as the underlying events occurred before the effective date of the UFTA.
