BUTCHER v. US, 02-17033

Petitioners have failed to demonstrate prejudice from their counsels' failure to file their motions for a new trial in a timely fashion; though the district court would have granted a new trial, this court would have reversed the grant. Judgment setting aside their convictions is reversed.
