DODD v. US, 02-16134
For purposes of a newly recognized right under 28 U.S.C. section 2255(3), the one-year statute of limitations begins to run on the date the Supreme Court initially recognizes the right. Accordingly, prisoner's habeas motion is time-barred and its dismissal is affirmed.
