In light of the Georgia Supreme Court ruling that an individual is not barred from receiving benefits under a murder victim's life insurance policy before his conviction and sentence become "final" under state law, the district court order finding that defendant-Slakman forfeited all rights under the insurance policy at issue is reversed and remanded.
