STAVROPOULOS v. FIRESTONE, 02-16486

Plaintiff failed to establish that she suffered an adverse employment action while an assistant professor at the University of Georgia, thus she has not established a prima facie case of retaliation under Title VII; defendants are entitled to qualified immunity from her First Amendment retaliation claims. Summary judgment for defendants is affirmed.
