United States Eleventh Circuit

GRIPPO v. PERAZZO, 02-11319

Under Florida state law, plaintiff adequately pled security fraud, even though he was unable to link his payment of monies to defendant with the purchase of an identifiable security, because defendant accepted and deposited the monies as payment for securities. The federal securities claims were properly dismissed as untimely.
