GLASSROTH v. MOORE, 02-16708 & 02-16949

In an action under 42 U.S.C. section 1988(b), the grant of reasonable fees and costs to plaintiff is remanded where the defendant, a Chief Justice, failed to object to the amount requested and is represented by private counsel, so that the Attorney General has an opportunity to appear and object in the interest of the state tax payers.
