US v. DODDS, 03-10578

Convictions for possessing material that contained images of child pornography and knowingly receiving obscene pictures, are affirmed over evidentiary objections. Remanded for sentencing hearing to determine whether sufficient evidence exists to support the conclusion that defendant had "received" the pornography with intent to traffic.
