Conviction for assaulting or resisting a federal officer and inflicting bodily injury, 18 U.S.C. sections 111(a) and (b), is affirmed over claims district court erred 1) in ruling section 111 is a general intent crime, 2) by allowing government to introduce a prior consistent statement of a witness, and 3) in denying motion for mistrial.
