In an action alleging discovery abuses, litigation misconduct and RICO violations to induce the settlement of Benlate cases throughout the country for less than the fair value of their claims, the district court properly entered judgment on the pleadings and did not abuse its discretion in denying plaintiffs' motion for leave to amend.
