TURNER v. CROSBY, 02-14941

Conviction and death sentence are affirmed over petitioner's claims that 1) counsel provided ineffective assistance by failing to introduce certain mitigating evidence during the penalty phase of his trial, and 2) his death sentence violates his constitutional right to a jury trial as established in Ring v. Arizona, 536 U.S. 584, 122 S. Ct. 2428 (2002).
