REYNOLDS v. MCINNES, 98-6164
In an employment discrimination class action suit between two government agencies, the district court erred in interpreting and applying Article Fifteen of the consent decree, which provides that upon completion of a job classification study, the jobs may be collapsed or restructured in order to comply with the decree.
