DALRYMPLE v. RENO, 01-15990

Attorney general is entitled to qualified immunity for injuries to occupants of the house from which Elian Gonzales' was seized by federal agents, because plaintiffs have failed to establish a causal connection between AG's supervisory actions and the allegedly unconstitutional acts of the federal agents on the scene.
