US v. MADERA-MADERA, 02-14474

In an appeal from conviction for unlawful reentry after deportation, 8 U.S.C. sections 1326(a)(2) and 1326(b)(2), district court properly concluded that defendant's prior felony drug conviction under Georgia law constitutes a "drug trafficking offense" under U.S.S.G. section 2L1.2(b)(1)(A)(i).
