Under the Carmack Amendment, 49 U.S.C. section 14706, where a bill of lading defendant supplied did not give plaintiff "a reasonable opportunity to choose between two or more levels of liability," plaintiff is entitled to the full value of a lost shipment, as opposed to the liability limit in the bill.
