MENDOZA v. U.S. ATTORNEY GENERAL, 02-13235

The immigration judge's order denying plaintiff asylum and withholding of removal under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) and the United Nations Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman, or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CAT), is affirmed where the summary affirmance of Mendoza's removal did not violate any due process rights.
