ALLEN v. CHRISTENBERRY, 02-13283

Because defendant doctors did not meet the specific prerequisites for removal to federal court of a case under the Federally Supported Health Centers Assistance Act of 1995 (FSHCAA), Pub. L. No. 104-73, 109 Stat. 777 (1995) (codified at 42 U.S.C. section 233), the district court's denial of a motion to remand to state court is reversed.
