GONZALEZ v. RENO, 01-14475

Because plaintiffs have failed to allege that the supervisory defendants' conduct constituted a constitutional violation, the former AG and Commissioner of the INS are entitled to qualified immunity for their alleged involvement in the seizure of Elian Gonzalez.
