Plaintiffs failed to demonstrate they have standing to bring a First Amendment challenge against Fla. Stat. section 320.08058(30), which authorizes a "Choose Life" customized license plate as well as the state's disbursal of funds generated from the sale of the plates to organizations that provide adoption services.
