United States Eleventh Circuit

GEDDES v. AM. AIRLINES, 02-13885

Because the doctrine of complete preemption does not extend to the Railway Labor Act's, 45 U.S.C. - 184 (1986), provisions governing minor disputes, there is no federal jurisdiction to determine whether plaintiff's state labor claims are in fact preempted by federal law.
