United States Eleventh Circuit
STEGER v. GEN. ELEC. CO., 01-14069
In an Age Discrimination in Employment claim, managers' decisions were partially subjective, but their decision to terminate was based on legitimate and specific objective factors. District court did not abuse its discretion in precluding evidence of a manager's sexist comments in an Equal Pay Act claim.
