Florida statutes, prohibiting out-of-state wineries from shipping their products directly to Florida consumers while permitting in-state wineries to do so, can be upheld if the state demonstrates that its statutory scheme is closely related to a core concern of the Twenty-first Amendment and not a pretext for mere protectionism.
