Convictions for attempting to persuade a minor to engage in criminal sexual activity, and traveling in interstate commerce for that purpose, were upheld though the "minor" involved was not an actual minor, but an undercover law enforcement officer on the Internet; a sentence enhancement was proper, for unduly influencing the "victim."
