Appellant who was injured by an elevator door is not entitled to circumvent the Medicare administrative remedies; her fear that exhaustion of such remedies would give her all to which she is entitled, thus mooting her lawsuit, is one of the principal reasons for, and benefits of, the requirement that such remedies be exhausted.
