United States Eleventh Circuit

FISHER v. STATE MUT. INS. CO., 01-15456

Georgia's "safe harbor" law, O.G.C.A. section 14-2-862, which insulates certain self-interested transactions from judicial scrutiny where a designated procedure is followed, will bar a suit against directors of two insurance companies for an alleged "self-dealing" transaction.
