Analogue Act, 21 U.S.C. section 813, as applied to gamma-butyrolactone (GBL), is not unconstitutionally vague, and sellers of bodybuilding products had constitutional notice that GBL was a controlled substance analogue of gamma-hydroxybutyrate acid (GHB).
