WELZEL v. ADVOCATE REALTY INVS., LLC, 99-14875
Under 11 USC 506(b), a reasonableness standard applies to contractually set attorney's fees that vest pre-petition and that are enforceable under state law, and a claim for fees should be bifurcated between secured and unsecured claims based on the amount of fees deemed reasonable.
