GRAYSON v. THOMPSON, 00-15721

In a murder case, defense counsel was not ineffective for failing to use hospital records relating to defendant's intoxication on the night of the murder where additional hospital records indicated defendant knew of the crime and appreciated the criminality of his conduct on the night in question.
